New Construction Homes in Mesquite, NV

Buying new in Mesquite? Dave Brennan represents you — not the builder — at Sun City, Suntero, Val Vista, Gatherings at Ridgemont, The Fields, Montrose, Vista Del Luna and other new-home communities.

Very important! The builder's sales office/agent represents the builder's needs, wants, and desires, not yours. Register Dave as your agent on your very first contact with the builder — even an online application, not your first visit to Mesquite — at absolutely no cost to you, and he will review the contract, negotiate incentives and upgrades, and track every deadline through closing. If you are out of state, he will take pictures and videos of the progress and send them to you.
